Scientia Utsav 2026 A Cultural Celebration of Science & Research Quiz Competition

Venue: S-Block 204, Medicaps University, Indore

Organised by: Department of Physics, Medicaps University

Scientia Utsav brought PhD research scholars from across the university together for an individual quiz competition that celebrated both the rigour and the joy of science. Nine scholars battled through rounds spanning physics fundamentals, research methodology, Indian science heritage and ISRO, science in cinema, and inventive puzzle formats. Mr. Taranjeet emerged the winner, with Dr. Ujjawal Mahajan and Ms. Meenakshi Rana taking second and third place. Every participant rated the organisation excellent, and the words that kept recurring in the feedback, enriching, inspiring, fascinating, captured the spirit of an event that blended scholarship with celebration.
