Medicaps University's Faculty of Management Studies recently hosted the International Conference on Shaping the Future: Innovation and Emerging Trends in Social, Business, and Management Research (ICSBMR-2025). The conference was truly a "Gyan Ka Mahakumbh," bringing together scholars from 11 countries for a day of academic excellence. The inaugural session set a high tone, paving the way for stimulating discussions across three distinct thematic tracks. The expertise of our nine session chairs - Dr. Jonathan Odame, PhD, Dr. Suvendu Kr. Pratihari, PhD, Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Dr. Sujith Jaiprakash, Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash, Dr. Geeta Sharma, Prof. Praveen Tomar, Dr. Manish Sitlani, and Dr. Vinod Bhatnagar - were instrumental in moderating the 70 research paper presentations. We are deeply grateful to our Chief Guest, Dr. Subhasish Das, Director, Ardent Steel & Managing Director, Apple Tree Hotel, Housify, for gracing the event with his presence. By providing a platform for global academic discourse, we are not just facilitating research; we are actively cultivating an environment where innovation and emerging trends are at the forefront of education. Our goal is to empower the next generation of leaders with the knowledge and tools to shape a better, more sustainable future for business and management.
