Expert Lecture by Ms. Swati Vyas Manager, SBM Bank
The Department of Commerce, Medicaps University has successfully organized an expert lecture on “Risk Management in Bank” on 14th October 2025 for B.Com (Hons) III Year students at MII Foundation. The session was graced by Ms. Swati Vyas, Deputy Vice President of the State Bank of Mauritius, who shared her deep insights and professional experiences in the domain of banking risk management. The lecture proved to be highly engaging, with students active participation and posing thoughtful questions, reflecting their keen interest in the subject. The interactive nature of the session enriched the learning experience and bridged the gap between academic concepts and real-world banking practices. The extended heartfelt gratitude to Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Jain, Dean of Commerce and Management, for his unwavering guidance and support.
