Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If a student chooses to withdraw from the program of study in which he/she has been given admission, following the five-tier system for the refund of fees will be followed: -
“Admission Cancellation Policy 2025-26 Applicable on Total Annual Fee”

Declaration: I understand that:
- No fees will be refunded for the below-mentioned cases:
- I cancel my admission after September 13, 2025.
- If I started attending classes, regardless of the duration attended.
- If I wish to cancel my admission on or after September 30, 2025, then I have to pay the fees for the full tenure of the program.
- If I fail to clear my dues (if any) before the commencement of classes, I shall not be considered for attendance, course registration, etc. unless the dues are clear.
- In addition to the above fees, if any taxes (GST & other taxes, etc.) are introduced by Govt; then this will be charged extra to the students.
- Refund of fees ordinarily takes 15-20 working days from the receipt of the completed cancellation form with supporting documents.
- I understand that I will maintain 75% attendance in classes; otherwise, I will not be eligible to appear in the examination.
- I will pay the university fees in a timely manner and will not indulge myself in any political activity.
- I will bring my own laptop for classes.
- The application fee of ₹1600/- is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- My admission shall be treated as cancelled if you did not appear in the MU-SAT/MLAT 2025 examination.
