PARIVARTAN 2.0, an event that celebrated creativity, confidence, and change -the true essence of management learning in action. The event was inaugurated in the esteemed presence of *Hon’ble Pro Vice Chancellor, **Dean – Management Studies, and *Chief Guest Dr. Dhvani Sharma* (Former National Secretary, BJP Youth Wing). Adding vibrance to the day, students showcased their talents through *cultural performances, reflecting their ability to ideate, manage, and execute events professionally. A **Corporate Fashion Walk* and a *Panel Discussion* with five eminent speakers added intellectual depth and real-world insight to the occasion: Dr. Dhvani Sharma- A Motivational Speaker and a thought leader, Mr. Ankit Vaidya - An Entrepreneur and change maker, Dr. Shailendra Sharma- Environmentalist &Sociopreneur, Mr. Pankaj Salvia- A Voice Over Artist, Dr. Vinita Raj- Tedx Speaker and an Influencer. Through three engaging rounds, participants imbibed *entrepreneurial wisdom, spiritual balance, and corporate exposure*, aligning learning with leadership. The event concluded with a *Felicitation Ceremony, recognizing the winners of BIC-organized activities and the dedicated members of the core committee. The titles of **Mr. and Ms. Parivartan* were also proudly conferred.
