Ms. Sweta Verma holds an M.Sc. in Forensic Science and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Forensic Science, with a research focus on forensic nanotechnology. She has also qualified the National FACT (Forensic Aptitude and Competency Test) reflecting her strong academic and professional competence. She has over five years of combined experience in teaching, laboratory work and research. Her professional experience includes working in a Central Forensic Laboratory where she was involved in the examination of biological and narcotic samples across Biology, Chemistry, Narcotics, and Toxicology divisions. Her expertise includes advanced instrumental analysis techniques such as Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), UV-Visible Spectrophotometry, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and Ion Chromatography.
