Paritosh Sharma is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, MediCaps University, Indore. He is a UGC-NET qualified law academic, holding an LL.M. in Business Law and a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.). He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Law with a research focus on Animal Protection Law. His academic and professional interests include Intellectual Property Rights, emerging technologies, and contemporary legal issues. He possesses practical expertise in intellectual property filing and protection, including the preparation and filing of patent, design, trademark, and copyright applications. He has independently filed multiple patent and design applications concerning legal technology, digital evidence, and legislative processes. His broader academic interests include AI and Law, Cyber Law, Legal Innovation, and Intellectual Property Rights.
