Mr. Janardan Singh, born on 27 th of December 2026, is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Medicaps University, Indore. He had pursued Commerce Graduation (B.Com) from University of Allahabad at Prayagraj with specialization in Company Law, Labour Law, Insurance and Banking. He had completed graduation in law [LL.B (honours)] from Banaras Hindu University at Varanasi, with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights, International Environmental Law, and Taxation Laws. He had pursued Master of laws (LL.M) from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University( Central University), Lucknow with specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law. He has qualified UGC-NET In law. He had obtained Gold Medal in LL.M.. He had obtained Post Graduate certificate in Victimology, victim assistance and criminal justice from National forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar. He had pursued Advanced Certificate Courses including Teaching and Research Mentoring programme from Nirma University, Gujarat. He has obtained training Certificates in New Labour Codes from V.V. Giri National Labour Institute, Noida. He has an experience of practice at bar of more than 8 years. He has a teaching experience of more than 5 years. He has taught as guest faculty at Birla Institute of Applied Sciences, Bhimtal. He is an Advisiory board member at Tech Forensic Investigation and Research organization, Kolkata. He is a member of Indian Society of Criminology. He has presented multiple research papers at national and international conferences and have attended multiple seminars and workshops, prominent among those are Behavioural Forensic and Countering Terrorism, Law and Forensic Justice, Digital Sovereignty. He had published multiple papers and book chapters, prominent among those are Human Rights of Economic Migrants in times of War. He has a patent on Lie Detection Wrist Band to his Credit. His areas of academic interest include law and forensic sciences, law of the seas and maritime laws, criminology, victimology and penology, human rights and labour studies etc.
