Harshita Bindaiya is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Law at National Law University Tripura, with her research focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Law. She is a co-inventor of a patented AI-driven fraud detection engine (2025) and has been granted two patents published in the field of AI and Law. Her academic contributions include research papers, book chapters, and publications in ABDC-indexed journals. An alumna of National Law University Odisha (LL.M. and BBA LL.B.), she is also a seasoned mooter who has actively participated in, organized, and judged several national moot court competitions, and has drafted moot court propositions as well. She has previously taught Legal Reasoning at Unacademy and served as an Assistant Professor at Oriental University, Indore.She has also successfully cleared competitive examinations such as AFCAT, CDS, and the MPPSC Preliminary Examination.
