Prof. Gaurav Awasthi is a passionate academician and researcher in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering. He obtained his M.E. in Structural Engineering from S.G.S.I.T.S., Indore (RGPV Bhopal) and his B.E. in Civil Engineering from Vaishnav Institute, Indore. With over a decade of teaching experience, he has been associated with esteemed institutions such as Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya and Sushila Devi Bansal College, Indore, where he has been serving as an Assistant Professor. He has an impressive record of research publications in reputed national and international journals, with key focus areas including concrete technology, sustainable construction materials, and advanced structural systems. His academic interests also extend to seismic analysis and structural evaluation. In addition to teaching and research, he has mentored postgraduate students and actively participated in various Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and technical training sessions conducted by premier institutions such as IITs and AICTE. His consistent academic excellence is reflected in qualifying GATE multiple times. He is dedicated to fostering a student-centric learning environment that promotes conceptual clarity, analytical skills, and practical insight.
