Our Training and Placement Cell not only onboards companies for campus placements but also strives to bridge the gap between the institute and industry through various initiatives. We organize regular workshops, seminars, and expert sessions to help students stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and practices. Our team also works closely with industry experts to develop and update our curriculum to ensure that it meets the evolving needs of the industry. Furthermore, we provide students with opportunities for internships, live projects, and industrial visits, which help them gain practical experience and prepare them for their future careers. These initiatives have yielded measurable outcomes, as evidenced by our students' high placement rates and successful careers after graduation.

  • FIRST YEAR

      During the first year, students gain an understanding of the fundamentals of interdisciplinary courses and become familiar with their value, application, and basic concepts relevant to their core area. They also get exposure to the competitive environment. During semester breaks, students take relevant online certification courses, trainings, and internships to observe and comprehend real-world practices followed by professionals.

  • SECOND YEAR

      In the second year, students are taught the basic concepts of mandatory courses that are applicable to their domain. This helps them in identifying their area of interest in their respective fields. Students become ready to adopt trends, technology, and skills and learn how to apply them. During semester breaks, they enroll in various online/offline advanced certification courses, trainings, and learn the latest technologies and software used in their sphere. Internships for a maximum of 2.5 months help them choose elective subjects based on their curiosity and play an important role in deciding their career. In addition, students undergo soft skill trainings to improve their communication skills.

  • FINAL/PRE-FINAL

      During their pre-final and final year of the program, students start recognizing the importance of research and development in their field. They get familiarized with the latest trends and technologies adopted by industries and the needs of society based on their personal interest. Students work on live projects along with mandatory coursework and participate in industrial training, where they learn the practical aspects of engineering along with the theoretical purview. This enables them to develop the required skills to become future professionals. They are also trained in interview skills, technical skills, presentations, etc. to improve their chances of getting better placements.

  • FINAL YEAR

      In the final year, students prepare to work towards their future endeavors. They understand the job prospects and market scenarios. With the mandatory campus preparation course, some of them start preparing for their own startups and higher studies. The students learn the practical aspects of their program along with the theoretical purview. They are exposed to the real professional world for a longer period, enabling them to face the challenges of the real world.
